What are Grey Imports? Grey imports are products imported from outside the UK, and as such may not be covered by a full UK guarantee. Grey import products may have non-English operating instruction books/on screen menus, and standard UK accessories may have to be purchased separately. Grey imports may appear to be cheaper but, this is often not the case when having to purchase or replace non UK or missing accessories.
All products purchased from our website come with accessories specific to the UK market ( such as chargers, batteries, remote controls etc ) and are covered by the manufacturers 12 months parts and labour guarantee. No products sold on this site are grey imports.
