| Amazing service. I ordered online then phoned to arrange delivery, this was at 3.30pm, by 10am the next morning my 37" telly was delivered! and that was standard delivery - just incredible! Phone support was excellent and friendly, the product was the cheapest price anywhere, beating all the usual price comparison sites by at least £50. JIB will be the first place I looks next time I need to buy an expensive piece of equipment at the best price and with the best service. | I purchased a DVD recorder from Jack in the Box about 9 months ago. Having found that their item was amongst the cheapest, I thought I would try them (not having heard of them before). They communicated with me the same day about when I would be in for delivery (within 24 hours) and I could not fault their service. They even sent along a credit card voucher for the purchase (I have generally found that you have to get your receipt off the internet). So I decided to use them again. Same communication. | I ordered a RDRHXD890 on a Thursday. The on-line ordering was very easy and the price was good. By Friday, I was contacted by phone about the delivery date! Highly efficient! The delivery was on the next Tuesday. By 5.30pm it still haven't come. I thought that's it, it's not coming....then at 6.40pm, the door bell ran and my machine has arrived, at last!
